All customers with a valid licence are entitled to product support. Whenever you contact Gael’s Support Team about a new issue, whether it’s by phone or email, we create a new “case” in our in-house system.
We're delighted to announce that customers are now able to keep track of their outstanding cases and create new ones in the Support Portal, in the Community.

As part of our ongoing implementation of ISO 27001, we've evaluated sources of risk throughout our IT infrastructure. Risk management is core to ISO 27001, but is becoming ever more important to other industries and standards too.
We've seen an increase in the prominence of risk management in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and aviation. It's apparent to us that risk management is becoming a priority across a range of different industries and we'd like to know what your thoughts are on the matter. We're delighted to announce that Q-Pulse Version 5.61 will be available from Monday 7th September 2009.
Version 5.61 is a maintenance release of Q-Pulse that addresses several issues and introduces some enhancements.
In addition to these enhancements, Version 5.61 is the first version of Q-Pulse to achieve the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo.

We recently released our Audit Exchange on Gael Community, which is an area for users to share Audit checklists with one another. Audit checklists are used across a variety of industries and we've decided to provide a resource where people can share audit checklists with other quality professionals from around the world.
