We’ve recognised the need for us to offer increased access to support services at the point-of-need, in order to give users greater independence in supporting their use of Q-Pulse.
In responding to this need, we’ve made it easier to access support services and resources with the launch of our new Support Portal.

Has it really been a year already? We recently celebrated the first birthday of the Academy, Gael’s online training service. At Gael, we’ve never been ones to rest on our laurels, and over the last year we’ve been continually expanding the Academy curriculum.
On its launch, users could choose from a range of 30 courses, which offered training on the core Q-Pulse modules. Now, Academy users can make their choice from more than 60 courses that explore all aspects of Q-Pulse use, as well as the fundamentals of quality management.

From feedback that we've received recently, the functionality available to Business Restricted licences has caused difficulties for some users of the system.
The limited functionality has occasionally prevented non-regular users of Q-Pulse accessing the system to carry out day-to-day compliance actions, such as making changes to CA/PA records or updating Audit records.
In response to this feedback, we recently introduced our new licensing model, which replaces Power and Restricted licences with Primary and Secondary licences.

We announced last month that we are changing our licensing structure to introduce annual licensing, which will streamline the renewal process and reduce the amount of reminder emails customers receive.
After receiving lots of feedback, we've clarified a few points for existing customers in our update article, which outlines what options you have if you are a current maintenance customer. Learn more about how Annual Licensing affects current customers >> |

One of the modules of Q-Pulse that is often overlooked is the Analysis Module. It is designed to capture data from CA/PA activities and use this information to provide users with greater visibility of management system information, driving continuous improvement. Effective use of the Analysis module allows you to target areas that actually need improving.
The latest version of Q-Pulse, Version 5.6, which was released in May, includes a much improved Analysis Module.
